As the hardest city to reach beside the depths of Whirlpool Harbor, Freymoor is a mysterious collection of knowledge and wealth nestled in the harsh cold of the Silverfalcon Caps. From its tall buildings to better analyze the stars to its dense pine forests to help block the worst icy winds of the freezing tundra, very little can find comfort in the icy city.
As the youngest and most secret city of Stellagos, very little is actually known on how the Quillian Astrali survive its harsh terrain or how the goddesses decided this would be their common fall location. Yet however they do it, they have been able to thrive under what should have been deadly conditions.
What is known is that their buildings are built with special marble from deep within the icy mountains and imbued with heat magic from Elemyths that have spent decades honing their flame magic craft. As for food and medical supplies, they have special greenhouses that turn harsh sunlight and nebula starlight into a natural and healthy light that allows any kind of plant or herb to thrive.
History
Early Years
How Kairdar Elthyra founded Freymoor is shrouded in mystery as she beat most of her Quillian Astrali followers to the Silverfalcon Caps with little more than a trail of lost bookmarks that allowed them to find her. They eventually found her on the lakeside of Zenta's Mirror, staring deep into its reflection before she seemed to sink into the water, leaving only a notebook behind. 
It led the lost Quillian to an already built structure that resembled a home with high towers alongside plans of an entire city to build around it. Believing this to be a final gift from their First, they followed the written plans and architecture to the letter.
Though older Quillian's from the time of Odum's Hunt claim Freymoor was founded in 5 AL, Freymoor was not actually recognized as a city of Stellagos until the year 67 AL, when the first Starhaven travelers beat the difficult paths of the Radgar Mountains and the Silverfalcon Caps and found a city bustling with life and lives resembling a lost civilization.

As the far away land marker that Kairdar left behind, it is the home to all of the wealth of knowledge she possessed as well as what her following researchers have collected. After striking an agreeable match with Quasar Academy, the large library and research center of the stars has become another location that all Stellagos history can be found with its own additions in a locked section of the library that few have ever read.
