Blackburn
A thriving woodworking village near the Radgar Mountains filled with hard working and hearty workers that work everyday to ensure the needs of all of Stellagos is met. Though all sorts of Astrali live here, the most common are that of the Laminon and the Beastion. Their strength and overwhelming perseverance is what built Blackburn in the first place.
The homes of Blackburn are built in the logs and wood that they harvested themselves with great pride and precision, though some occasionally use stone sourced from Goldbrook to create combined masterpieces. The town itself is both close-knit and happily secluded, with homes being built on large tracks of property but close enough to know your neighbors.
Early Years
Past the fire raged Burnt Prairie, wood had become an essential part in most of the construction that took place in the Fergan Steppe and beyond. It became essential that they found a place to harvest all of the wood they would need to build their homes, and a small group of both Laminon and Beastion Astrali left the main group of those settling in Starhaven to find these supplies.
Though it took some time and many more hands to join them, the Astrali were able to find a forest that seemed to both be abundant in trees while also having enough space to replant and start building the next generations of trees that would be needed for the growth of all of the cities around them. They became officially recognized as the main lumber point of all of Stellagos and as the town of Blackburn in 13 AL.
