Researchers from Quasar Academy who have been sent to explore all over the continent came across the ruins of what would be called Ashenhollow during a research expedition on Mount Onyx. They had believed that there could not be any life this close to the volcano, their theory proven when finding the stone remains of the town.

As they searched through what they believed was hundreds of years of ash and heat damage, it was obvious that any true history on Ashenhollow and its demise was lost alongside its inhabitants.
