Starlight Commons Rules

1.1 Starlight Commons Rules

- All users must have an active Toyhouse account to participate and own Starlight Commons species.
- All users must be at least 13 years of age to join.
- All Starlight Commons users can participate in any of the ARPG so long as they follow Starlight Common's Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Empty, New, or Alternate Accounts

Starlight Commons is free to join, but if an empty or new account on any of the listed platforms in 1.1 Starlight Commons Rules is asked to be used to list ownership on the Official Starlight Commons Masterlist it may be heavily scrutinized. Starlight Commons reserves the right to decline any access to game features if your account is deemed suspicious. It is recommended that users have multiple pieces of artwork or long-standing account activity before joining to avoid being scrutinized.

1.3 Task Participation

All tasks hosted through the Starlight Commons ARPG are located on the Navigation Hub and have participation rules that must be followed. If users are participating in tasks that require a Stellaborn to participate, the Stellaborn must be listed under the user's name to redeem rewards. Stellaborn transferred before banking is completed will not receive prizes as they are no longer in the participating user's possession.

1.4 Creative Work Submissions | DeviantART Group & Toyhouse World

Rules of Submission
- All work submitted to the DeviantART Group and/or Toyhouse World must follow the Section 2 guidelines.
- All submissions must be Starlight Commons related.
- Works submitted for tasks cannot be reused again for any reason. This means works (or any part of one, like a background) submitted for one activity cannot be submitted again for another.
- Traced and/or copied works are not prohibited, regardless of the original works origin.

1.5 Artwork Sourcing and Submission | Starlight Commons Masterlist

Please ensure that all artwork submitted for the Starlight Commons Masterlist is used with permission and properly sourced. If artwork is found to have been wrongfully sourced or Starlight Commons is asked to remove images, they will be removed without notification. Users who repeatedly abuse the masterlist submission system may receive a warning or permanent ban, depending on the intent, content, and severity.

1.5a Unauthorized Artwork Usage/Removing Art | Starlight Commons Masterlist

In no way does Starlight Commons claim ownership of images uploaded by its users. Copyright of any works submitted to be uploaded on the Starlight Commons Masterlist belongs solely to the original artists. If you are the original artist and someone has posted or used your artwork on the Starlight Commons Masterlist without your explicit permission, we will delete it without question. For further questions or to have artwork removed, please visit our Service Desk.
