- All users must have an active Toyhouse account to participate and own Starlight Commons species.
- Anyone aged 13 and older can join the Starlight Commons [SLC] ToyHouse World, DeviantArt Group, and Official Discord.
- All Starlight Commons users can participate so long as they follow Starlight Commons' [SLC] Terms and Conditions and Starlight Commons [SLC] Rules.
Starlight Commons [SLC] is free to join, but if an empty or new account on Toyhouse is asked to be used to list ownership on the Official Starlight Commons Masterlist, it may be heavily scrutinized. Starlight Commons [SLC] reserves the right to decline any access to game features if your account is deemed suspicious. It is recommended that users have multiple pieces of artwork or long-standing account activity before joining to avoid being scrutinized.

Rules of Submission
- All work submitted to the DeviantArt group and/or ToyHouse World must follow all Starlight Commons [SLC] Rules.
- All submissions must be Starlight Commons [SLC]-related.
- Any work submitted cannot contain outside Closed Species [CS] or non-canon characters.
- Any work submitted must be your own.
Please ensure all artwork submitted is used with permission and properly sourced. If artwork is found to have been sourced wrongfully, or if Starlight Commons [SLC] is asked to remove images, they will be removed without notification. Users who repeatedly abuse the submission system may receive a warning or a permanent ban, depending on the intent, content, and severity.
In no way does Starlight Commons [SLC] claim ownership of images uploaded by its users to the Masterlist. Copyright of any works uploaded to the Masterlist belongs solely to the original artists. If you are the Original Artist and someone has posted your design without your permission, submit a ticket to the Advanced Support section of the Service Desk under Procedure for Art Removal for the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Only the owner of a character may create artwork for Task submissions. Artwork created by other users is not allowed.
