In the center of the Centaurus Star System is the bright and age old star of Vara. This star is the one responsible for the light and heat that warms and nourishes those on [[Kunvadis]], regularly appearing every day in a day and night cycle shared with the moon [[Aphus & Elypso|Elypso]] while sharing its sunny day with [[Aphus & Elypso|Aphus]]. 

Researchers from Quasar Academy and [[Nebula's Reach]] have been unable to find much on Vara's history, tendencies, or interactions with [[Kunvadis]]. The only thing of note that they have been able to mark is that every one hundred years, [[Aphus & Elypso|Aphus]] overtakes and overshadows Vara in a Solar Eclipse.

====Myths====

Although all Stellaborn know of their Deities, some believe that some unnamed ones have gone to rest in the planetary beings that are Vara. Though they have no names to call them beyond the ones researchers gave the planets, their constant avoidance yet recognition of one another let alone their relationship with [[Aphus & Elypso]] has led to several spinning myths and tales about their origin.

Though some believe Vara's protection of [[Aphus & Elypso|Aphus]] is a show of love, some believe that is a forced or manipulated love between the two that has him hiding behind Vara's ever giving light, keeping her from her true love [[Aphus & Elypso|Elypso]]. They believe that their distance and constant chase for each other that causes [[Kunvadis]] day and night cycle is a pursuit of love that [[Aphus & Elypso|Aphus]] is constantly subduing by holding onto Vara.
