=====The Constellation=====

Located in [[Starhaven]] is the Hall of Constellations, where the leaders of each city and town in [[Stellagos]] meet regularly to discuss the future of the continent or to settle disagreements between themselves. This peaceful council is dedicated to the health and peace of the [[Stellaborn]], ensuring that everyone can thrive in an ever-changing world. This group of [[Stellaborn]] is referred to as The Constellation, with [[Hypselle Aster]] taking the lead of each meeting.

When a meeting of The Constellation commences, anyone can attend and voice their opinions should they wish, but it is up to the council to make the final decision.

====The Catastrophe of 18 AL====

One of The Constellation's biggest debates and losses they faced was with [[Queen Batea]] in the year 18 AL, after several natural disasters occurred following the expansion campaign of [[Embercall]]. They had intended to keep the peace between the [[Astrali]] and [[Tartyn]], honoring both of their wishes for the respect of the land and the need for expansion, however it was apparent that the speed in which [[Embercall]] completed their desire was upsetting to the [[Tartyn]]. 

When confronted by [[Queen Batea]] in an emergency meeting of the council following the events, they were surprised by the enraged state of the [[Tartyn]] Queen. They tried to explain that they were following the pace of the [[Deities|Goddesses]] and that they were helping them advance, [[Queen Batea]] heard nothing of it. They watched as she screamed about the disrespect to their [[Deities|Vadi]], to the deaths of the [[Tartyn]] and [[Astrali]] in [[Ashenhollow]], but did nothing as she made the ultimatum: Return [[The Primeval Wild]] to the [[Deities|Vadi]] as atonement for the damage and disrespect the [[Embercall]] expansion caused.

It would be too large a loss of land for arguably a much larger species, The Constellation argued, saying that they already controlled the [[Midafait Peninsula]] with no allowance for the [[Astrali]] to develop. Most said that the [[Deities|Vadi]] were greedy for wanting more, and that they needed to turn to the [[Deities|Goddesses]] to understand.

[[Queen Batea]] refused and instead decided against the council's collective ruling, saying that the [[Tartyn]] would disappear, and no one would see them again. That they would be forgotten just as the [[Astrali]] had always wanted them to be to please their 'petty sky gods'. 

Her turn from The Constellation is still the largest regret of the council and [[Hypselle Aster]] to this day, and hopes that now they have returned with [[The Rumble]], that they will have a better understanding of one another.
