The owner functions as an essential part of the creative and operational process, working to keep Starlight Commons [SLC] active and sustainable. Because Starlight Commons [SLC] designs are the livelihood of its owner, all official artwork, Stellians, and related services are governed solely by the owner's own rules and terms.
