A town built from the same materials and blueprints as [[Freymoor]], Owlfrost was created as a refuge for the reclusive Quillian [[Astrali]] who did not enjoy the commerce that began to be regularly brought into their original home after their official inauguration into the continent of [[Stellagos]] as a whole. They still believed in the reclusive freedom that [[Kairdar Elthyra]] had originally taught to them, and set out to build a home that reflected her ideals rather than the ones of togetherness.

Despite being reclusive, the community and families found in Owlfrost are some of the closest as they hold regular friendly competitions and care for each other like they would a fall-sibling or caretaker.

Though it took several more years for explorers to find where some of the original generations of Quillian [[Astrali]] disappered to, Owlfrost was originally found and recognized by [[Stellagos]] in the year 76 AL.
