The capital of [[Tynogeum]] is a very relaxed, yet busy, epicenter of the subterranean continent. Instead of trade being the most important hub of the city, creating enough comfortable space for a [[Tartyn]] to call home is. From offering jobs to pay not only for doing the job but also to keep a piece of land for themselves, Demithos is known for its hospitality. 

Set in the center of [[Tynogeum]] on the [[Colossal Plateau]], the Laurel Villa is the home of [[Queen Batea]] and [[General Theodosis]], leading [[Tynogeum]] through the last 400 years. Most visitors will stop at [[Demithos]] just to say they have seen the most accommodating place on [[Kunvadis]], or to see the fights at the Onyx Coliseum.

====Early Years====

When the first{{ demithos.png?175|Demithos Flag Image}} [[Tartyn]] emerged from [[Photia's Blood]], they wandered to attempt to find a place where there was enough space for all of them to succeed. It took a while, but it is said that [[Edall]] himself flattened the land, while [[Sados]] created the bathing pools, as [[Eire]] ensured the air was clean enough to inhale and [[Photia]] warmed the pools, all to create Demithos. Only the one who had no name, a few other lost ancients, and [[Queen Batea]] witnessed the wonder, from the day it first started to the day it finished 6 months later, in 43 BL. From that day on, Demithos grew into a thriving utopia of life and comfort for those who resided there.

Today, Demithos still follows the same blueprint that was created 400 years ago, with the addition of the Laurel Villa for [[Queen Batea]] and to hold meetings for the public to attend and speak with the Queen and General themselves.

====Onyx Coliseum====

The Onyx Coliseum is a place of fun, fighting, and competition. From hand-to-hand combat to ranged competitions, [[Stellaborn]] travel far and wide to participate or watch these fantastical events. Built entirely from onyx from the beaches of [[Sados's Cove]], this giant monument is a testament to the strength of the [[Tartyn]].

====Laurel Institute====

The main study institution of [[Tartyn]] Scholars, the Laurel Institute is dedicated to research and alchemy. From the hundreds of books written from the accounts of the ancients to the hundreds more focused on the effects of herbs and ores, the massive library of the institute is an envy to many.
