=====Vioness Feralstride=====

Seen more as a blight on [[Stellagos]] rather than a boon, Vioness Feralstride is known for her destructive yet intelligent use of [[Magic|Grim Magic]] to create [[Anomalies]], portals, and intensive research papers. {{ vioness.png?325|Vioness Reference}}Although she has been known for her destructive and deadly behaviors that have led to places like [[The Marr of Vioness]], many researchers can only applaud the technology that Vioness has created. 

In the year 207 AL, Vioness and her sister [[Zissel Feralstride]] were visiting their winter home in the southern half of [[The Mineral Expanse]] with the rest of their family when Vioness conceived the idea of 'portals'. These masses of magic would be able to transport a [[Stellaborn]] from one place to another, with her wildest ideas even connecting to other planets far beyond the [[Kunvadis|Centaurus Star System]]. For a while, her family supported her wild, yet impossible ideas, until the night that she decided to attempt it.

Although [[Zissel Feralstride]] refuses to elaborate on what happened that night, witnesses from [[Ancona]] can recall a large blast of black and green from across the river, completely draining any color and pulling apart the buildings and forests surrounding it. It was an impressive wave of power that no one in [[Ancona]] had felt before. Yet once the dust cleared, all that was left was a crater several miles wide.

Vioness elaborates that her first portal to another world was a wild success, sucking her to another galaxy far away, where she landed on the planet of Earth. There, Humans ruled the planet, and for several decades, she stayed there, learning new technological ideas that she could carve with her magic once she returned to [[Stellagos]]. Her timeline on Earth suggested she had stayed there until the year 312 AL, when she could finally muster enough strength and technology to create another more stable portal. Although it worked, it brought her to several more planets where she saw all kinds of life far beyond their own, and managed to convince some sentient [[Spartian|Spartians]] to return with her in the fresh year of 325 AL.

Now home, Vioness is under protective and restrictive custody in [[Starhaven]], helping in the documentation of her travels and the research and development of her portal technology.
