Hey there Stellians!

With October just around the corner and the current event [[Hallowmoon 2024]] running, it’s time for another ARPG update that adds new content as well as a peek into what awaits Starlight Commons for the rest of 2024.

====The Bounty Board | Live Now====

With more items being added to the shop and the need for gaining items outside of [[Expeditions]], it became apparent that the ARPG needed more ways to earn [[Star Token|Star Tokens]]. 

With this in mind, I was able to turn to an idea that has been stewing for a while: a bounty board system. This system will be joining the Gathering [[Activities]] as a new weekly [[Activities|Activity]] that resets every Monday at 11:59 UTC. 

By visiting the [[Bounty Board]], members will be able to participate in a fun prompt or mini-quest to receive [[Star Token|Star Tokens]] once a week with one [[Stellaborn]] or [[Roamkin]] (if a prompt states such). Every week a new prompt will be posted for members to complete to earn their rewards. In the future, more rewards will be added to the [[Bounty Board]] for completing the prompt. 

The first bounty will be posted this Monday (9/30/24) with the weekly reset. To learn more about the [[Bounty Board]], please visit the [[Activities]] hub page or the [[Bounty Board]] page. 

====New Astral Core | Live Now====

As I’ve been designing for the minor adoption event for October, I realized that I had no [[Astral Core|core]] that allowed me to venture into yellow and orange colors. Considering I already have [[Astral Core|cores]] that stand for every color beside that, it became necessary for both lore and designing purposes to create a [[Astral Core|core]] to fill the deficit.

This new [[Astral Core]] is called the **Astral Energy Core**. An Astral Energy Core gives a +1 to all [[character-attributes|Attributes]]. 

Alongside a drop of new lore found on the [[Astral Core]] page, [[Berhael Ingotbrand]] has already started creating several of the new [[chronovelour]] to sell at [[The Saddlery Shop]] during restocks. This new item will be 250 [[Star Token|Star Tokens]] and will be listed as the [[Energized Chronovelour]]. They will be available on the next sale.

====Chronovelour Crafting Recipe | Live Now====

As stated in the last [[Game Update 01| ARPG Update Notes]] with the addition of the [[Coresmithing Course]], it was mentioned that the ability to craft [[Chronovelour]] would become available and be unlocked to those who completed the course. However, putting together a difficult enough recipe for something that can bolster [[character-attributes|Character Attributes]] took some time to manage and balance. 

I’m happy to announce that the recipe has been completed, and the majority of the items necessary for the crafting process are now available to be earned in [[Activities]]. The new items are as follows: [[Starglass Shard]] (Rare - Fishing), [[Stardust]] (Rare - Gardening), and the [[Chromatic Flame Spark]] (Rare - Mining).

The crafting recipe for [[Chronovelour]] is now listed in the [[Crafting Center]] under the Chromatic Forge section. The recipe for [[Chronovelour]] is as follows: x3 [[Stardust]], x2 [[Starglass Shard|Starglass Shards]], x1 [[Chromatic Flame Spark]], and x1 [[Raw Astral Core]].

====Fadedstars Adoption Event | October 2024====

Over the last month I have been piling together dozens of concepts to ensure that there were plenty of designs to go out in October with the end of the [[Hallowmoon 2024]] event as well as for adopts in general. In total, I have been working to prepare over 50 designs to go out over the month, all with their own personalities and poses.

Since October is known for being a large month for adoptables as well as an influx of people asking for pre-claims on my previous adoptable batches, I have decided I will release them in a semi-new format, in which I’m calling the Fadedstars Adoption Event. This Adoption Event is a month of designs that surrounds fall, monsters, and even horror themes to fit the spirit of October. I will be posting **two [[Stellaborn]]** nearly every day of differing sale types and prices.

To alleviate and give members a chance at pre-claims, sometime within the next few days I will be posting a calendar with the first **two weeks** of color palettes available for pre-claim. The second half will be posted sometime before the 15th, following the same format.

There will be rules listed on the post when it goes live, along with a pre-claim limit. Those who do not wish to pre-claim and want to wait to see the design and its theme are welcome to as they will still be posted afterwards as my regular adopts are.

====Clusterfall Regular Mini Event | November 2024====

With the [[Chronovelour]] crafting recipe being completed, there is only one part of the [[Coresmithing Course]] rewards that needs to be completed to round out the acquisition of [[Chronovelour]] as both an in-game purchasable and craftable item. This final piece of the puzzle is the [[Clusterfall]] Mini Event, which rewards several types of items as well as [[Raw Astral Core|Raw Astral Cores]]. 

The creation of this mini event is currently under development and the first instance is slated to go live sometime in November 2024. If there are any delays or changes to this release frame, I will post an announcement as soon as possible.

====Roamkin Adoptions | Coming Soon====

With the recent influx of new features and design work taking the majority of my time, the store to adopt [[Roamkin]] outside of [[Events]] has been pushed farther back in my queue. It will be completed before the end of 2024, but an accurate release frame cannot be stated yet.

====Astrali Page Update | Coming Soon====

With [[Astrali]] being the first species of [[Stellagos]], I put together as much as I could when I first started the species to make it interesting while also not overloading myself with work in the case that they had little to no interest. However, I was pleasantly and overwhelmingly surprised with the love and joy from every member (and future ones!) who was interested in my little world. Because of this, I am working to give the [[Astrali]] page a fresh update with new images to further show their anatomy.

====New Lore & History | Coming Soon====

Before the end of the year, I’d like to get another chapter of [[History]] and some fresh lore for some things updated for you all to enjoy and theorize over. This is still in early concept stages, but will be worked on alongside the rest of my plans for the rest of 2024.
