=====Claycoast=====

The second closest to being considered an actual major city in [[The Burnt Prairie]], Claycoast is a bustling town that is always moving goods from the sea to land, or vice versa. Thanks to the cool breeze [[Cetun Bay]] usually provides, Claycoast is almost preferable to move to over [[Scorchaven]] where it feels as if the heat never dissipates. 

Though the clay buildings and homes of the town often follow the same hut-like structures that are found all throughout the prairie, a few that are closest to the water follow the same dome-like structures that are found in the underwater settlements and homes in the bay. A mixture of both Cetun and Clovun [[Astrali]] are the main population here, working together to move all of the product and organize the trades being filtered through the town.

====Early Years====

Several years after the construction of [[Whirlpool Harbor]] completed, the transportation of goods from the major cities was becoming more and more difficult as the trade volume increased. With [[Scorchaven]] being a city that constantly needed supplies thanks to the harshness of its landscape, it was essential that a trade hub was established nearby.

Along with its sister port, [[Ironward]], both completed construction and began being used and inhabited in the year 32 AL.
